This is the English version of our Términos de Uso. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
Ask Alejandra is a private, invitation-only business assistant, a product of BH Group AS LLC (United States), operated in Mexico by Grupo BH punto Net S. de R.L. de C.V. (grupobh.net) under the registered trademark AS Sistemas ("we"). By using the service you accept these terms.
Ask Alejandra is offered to clients and staff of the companies that subscribe to it. Each account is personal and non-transferable: one user, one access and, if they use WhatsApp, a single number registered to them. Sharing credentials or linking the same access to several people is not allowed.
It is a work tool for the people their company authorizes, not a service open to the public: it only serves WhatsApp numbers registered to an enabled account, and anyone writing from another number has no access to the assistant. What Alejandra can look up or do depends on the accounts each person connects, the systems their company enables and the permissions the company assigns them.
Users connect their own third-party accounts (Zoom, Google, Microsoft and others) under each provider's terms, and can disconnect them at any time from the portal. Users are responsible for the instructions they give their assistant and for the results of the actions they authorize (for example, creating, changing or canceling a meeting, or sending an email).
A third-party platform. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. and is governed by its own terms and policies. Ask Alejandra is not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp, nor sponsored or endorsed by them. Meta may change, limit or suspend the channel's availability, features, number, display name or costs at any time; those decisions are not up to us.
Interruptions. WhatsApp is a way to access the service, not a condition of it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, undelivered messages or limitations caused by WhatsApp or other third-party platforms, including decisions Meta makes at its discretion about the use of its platform. If WhatsApp becomes unavailable, temporarily or permanently, you can keep using the same conversation in the askale.ai portal; if you do not have portal access yet, ask at contacto@assistemas.net or ask whoever administers Ask Alejandra at your company.
Number or name changes. We may change the WhatsApp number or the name under which the assistant appears. If we do, we will notify users beforehand through the portal, WhatsApp or email; if Meta imposes a change without notice, we will let users know as soon as possible.
WhatsApp messages and how to stop them. By registering or linking your number, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from Ask Alejandra (AS Sistemas) of these kinds: replies to what you write, verification codes you request, notices about your access and about changes to the service, and the reminders and summaries you schedule or ask to have scheduled. You can pause or delete your reminders and summaries at any time by asking Alejandra. If you no longer want to receive any WhatsApp messages, ask at any time at contacto@assistemas.net or ask whoever administers Ask Alejandra at your company: we will remove your number from the WhatsApp service and you can keep using the service from the askale.ai portal; if you do not have portal access, we will give it to you.
Messaging costs. Unless the contract or the proposal accepted by the company says otherwise, WhatsApp charges for the service's messages are included in its subscription. If Meta or another third-party platform changes its charges and this leads us to adjust the price, we will notify the subscribing company in writing at least 30 calendar days in advance, and the company may cancel its subscription without penalty before the adjustment takes effect. Each person's data plan or internet connection is at their own expense.
The service is meant for work: questions and tasks related to your company, its systems and your connected accounts.
The service may not be used for illegal activities, to access other people's accounts or data, to circumvent the controls of connected providers, or to automate bulk or unsolicited messages. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
On WhatsApp and other third-party channels, users must also comply with that platform's terms and policies. In particular, they may not use them to send illegal, misleading or offensive content, content that infringes the rights of others, or content or transactions those policies prohibit. If Meta or another platform asks us to, or if a use puts the channel at risk for other users, we may limit or suspend that account's access to the channel.
Storage of tokens and history, staff access for support and debugging, retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
No model training. We do not use the content of conversations (on WhatsApp, in the portal or on any other channel), the files sent to us or the data we receive from WhatsApp to train or improve artificial intelligence models. Each person's memory and preferences are used only to provide the service to that person. The artificial intelligence models that write the answers (today, Claude by Anthropic) are used only under commercial terms that prohibit them from using that information to train their models; the current list of those providers and of the others involved in the service is in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We maintain reasonable backups and monitoring. We may update features and these terms; changes are published on this page.
The assistant processes information with artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Users must verify relevant data and actions before making decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Alejandra is an automated service: its answers are generated with artificial intelligence from what you ask and from the information in your accounts and your company's systems. If you need help from a person on our team, for example to solve a problem, clarify an answer or file a complaint, write to contacto@assistemas.net or develop@askalejandra.ai. For questions about your access or permissions you can also contact whoever administers Ask Alejandra at your company.
