This is the English version of our Aviso de Privacidad, issued under Mexican law. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Grupo BH punto Net S. de R.L. de C.V. (the company responsible for the AskAlejandra brand and service, "we"), located at Calle Montecito #38, Int. Piso 33, oficina 14, Colonia Nápoles, Delegación Benito Juárez, C.P. 03810, Mexico City, is the data controller for the personal data collected through the askalejandra.ai website and the Ask Alejandra service (a business assistant on WhatsApp and its portal askale.ai).
Corporate structure. AskAlejandra is a product of BH Group AS LLC (United States), operated in Mexico by Grupo BH punto Net S. de R.L. de C.V. (grupobh.net) —the data controller under the LFPDPPP— and offered under the registered trademark AS Sistemas.
Your company's business systems. When a company subscribes to Ask Alejandra and connects its business systems (for example its ERP, CRM, invoicing or collections system), that company is the controller of the information they contain, including that of its customers and suppliers, and we process it as a processor, only to fulfill the requests of the people the company authorizes.
On the askalejandra.ai website. When you use our contact form or write to us on WhatsApp: name, company, email address and/or phone or WhatsApp number, and the message you share. Automatically, through cookies and analytics tools (section 3): pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location or traffic source.
In the Ask Alejandra service (WhatsApp, the askale.ai portal and other channels your company enables):
We do not ask for sensitive personal data or payment card data. If you share that kind of information in a conversation, it is used only to fulfill your request.
Primary purposes (necessary for the service):
Secondary purposes (not necessary; you may object):
If you do not want your data used for the secondary purposes, write to contacto@assistemas.net.
askalejandra.ai website. It uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and understand how the site is used. Google places cookies on your device with an anonymous identifier. You can disable them in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See also Google's Privacy Policy.
askale.ai portal. It uses only necessary cookies: your session, the two-step verification step and your language preference. It uses no analytics or advertising tools.
We do not sell your personal data. To run the website and the service we rely on providers that process information on our behalf (processors), only to provide their service to us:
When you connect your accounts (Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Plaud, Slack or others), information moves between your account and the service on your instructions, and each provider processes it under its own privacy policy.
Information travels encrypted (TLS), and most of these providers are in the United States. Under the LFPDPPP, disclosures to processors do not require your consent. We make no other transfers, except those the law allows without your consent, such as a request from a competent authority.
After those periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing. They include: all information travels encrypted (TLS); the tokens for your connected accounts are stored encrypted; passwords are stored only as encrypted hashes; administration panels require a second factor; each person can access only their own data, and our staff access data with the least privilege necessary.
How it works. Each user connects their own accounts (Zoom, Google, Microsoft and others) and the business systems their company enables. Alejandra acts when the user asks, or in the reminders and summaries the user has scheduled; it does not go through your accounts on its own initiative.
What data it processes. The content a user requests (for example, their list of meetings, an email, a file or a figure from their system) is used to answer that request. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted at rest, per user, on our own server, and are transmitted over TLS only.
Files and documents. Alejandra saves a file to your Google Drive or OneDrive only when you ask, and can save or attach to an email only the files you sent or that it created in your own conversation, never someone else's.
Conversation history. A recent window of each person's conversation is kept for continuity, not an indefinite full record. You can delete it from the portal or by writing to contacto@assistemas.net.
Staff access. Authorized staff of AS Sistemas / Grupo BH punto Net may access content and history only to operate, support and debug the service (for example, to investigate a reported error), under a duty of confidentiality and with the least access necessary. We do not review conversations for any other purpose. Stricter rules apply to Google data, as described below.
What we don't do. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes; we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not access accounts, emails, files, meetings, recordings or transcripts you did not ask for.
Revocation and deletion. Any connected account can be disconnected at any time from the portal (askale.ai/conexiones) or by removing the app from the provider's account. In both cases the connection and its tokens are deleted immediately, and the token is revoked on the provider's side when its API allows it.
Google user data (Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Contacts). Ask Alejandra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. When you connect your Google account, Ask Alejandra accesses only what you ask for in each conversation or schedule: reading, searching, archiving, labeling, moving to trash or sending your emails; viewing and scheduling events; searching, reading and creating files, documents, spreadsheets and folders in your Drive, and saving there the documents you ask for; and looking up your contacts, or creating one when you ask, to resolve recipients. We never read your mailbox in the background and never use this data for advertising or to train models. It is processed only with the artificial intelligence model providers listed in section 4, to the extent needed to fulfill your request and under terms that prohibit them from using it to train their models or for any other purpose; we never sell it or transfer it to anyone else. No one on our staff reads your Google data unless you authorize it for a specific case (for example, when you report an error and ask us to look into it), for security purposes, or as required by law.
Microsoft data (Outlook, Calendar, OneDrive and Contacts). When you connect your Microsoft account, Ask Alejandra accesses only what you ask for: reading, searching, sending, replying to and forwarding emails, and downloading their attachments; viewing, creating, changing and canceling events; searching, reading and downloading files in your OneDrive, creating folders and saving there the documents you ask for; and looking up your contacts. The same rules apply: only at your request, no advertising, no model training and no sale.
Zoom data. When you connect Zoom, Ask Alejandra can list, create, change and cancel your meetings, list your cloud recordings and read the summary or transcript of a recorded meeting when you ask. Those summaries and transcripts are read only to answer you and are not stored beyond the recent window of your conversation. From Zoom we keep only your user ID, to recognize if you uninstall the app.
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it when it is inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is not needed, and Oppose its processing. You may also revoke any consent you have given us.
To exercise any of these rights, send your request to contacto@assistemas.net or to the address above, including your full name, a copy of an official ID, a way to contact you and a clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise. We will respond within 10 business days.
You can also, on your own and from the portal, disconnect your accounts, review and delete your memory, and clear your conversation.
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the data protection authority since March 21, 2025: gob.mx/buengobierno.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page (askalejandra.ai/privacy-policy.html) and on its Spanish version (askalejandra.ai/aviso-de-privacidad.html). If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
