MCP connectors

MCP connectors for legacy systems: your ERP, inside ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot.

Your team already uses an AI assistant, but it can't answer questions about orders, receivables or inventory, because that data lives in your own system. We build the connector so it can — without replacing your system or your assistant.

The problem

Your AI assistant doesn't know your system.

ChatGPT and Claude are great at drafting, summarizing and analyzing. But when someone asks "how much do customers owe us?", they have nowhere to look: the answer is in your ERP, your billing system or a database only your company has. That's where they fall short — and where people go back to exporting to Excel.

A

"How much do our Texas customers owe us?"

The connector queries receivables and returns the exact total.

A

"Which work orders are still open?"

The list comes from your system, not last week's export.

A

"Sales this month by rep."

Numbers are added up in your system; the AI just presents them.

A

"Which orders ship today?"

Everyone sees only what their role allows.

What MCP is

A standard connector between your system and your AI assistant.

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot use to connect to other software. An MCP connector is a small service that turns the assistant's questions into queries against your system and returns only what that person is allowed to see. In practice: your AI assistant now knows your business.

How we work

From your system to your AI assistant, in four steps.

1

Assessment

We review your system and the questions your team needs answered, and tell you whether it's feasible and how we'd do it.

2

Connector

We build the connector's tools on top of your system, with role-based permissions.

3

Team pilot

Your people use it from the assistant they already have, and we check numbers against the system.

4

Maintenance

We keep it current as your system or your assistant changes.

Which systems

Custom, legacy and no-API systems.

It's what we've done for 25 years: build and run software for real businesses. That's why we connect the systems no one else will.

FAQ

MCP connectors, explained.

What is an MCP connector?

It's a service that connects your system to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot through MCP, the open standard those assistants use to query other software. The assistant asks, the connector queries your system and returns only what that person is allowed to see.

Does it work if my system has no API?

Yes. Without an API, the connector can read straight from the database with a read-only user, or from files your system produces. We settle that in the assessment.

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Those that accept MCP connectors on their business plans: ChatGPT (Business and Enterprise), Claude, Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot Studio. It also works with AskAlejandra, our WhatsApp assistant.

Is my data exposed?

Each person signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows. We start read-only, and the connector answers only what it's asked. What it returns is processed by the AI assistant your company already uses, under that provider's terms.

How much does it cost?

We quote per system after the assessment, based on the system's size and what it needs to answer.

Do you work with US companies?

Yes. We work with companies in the United States and Mexico, in English and Spanish.

By application

Should your system already be in your AI assistant?

Tell us which system you run and which AI assistant your team uses. We review every application and tell you if we're the right fit.
